Anyone has the details of what is included in the MYR30k or MYR28k (not sure the difference) reno package? besides of top and bottom kitchen cabinet. And also any discounts or rebates offered by the developer?

However it is not exactly mont kiara right? based on postcode is segambut to be exact, which agent marketing gimmick so called North Kiara
