Management issues
All know management is important for apartment. May I know management company is how to select? And as I know, the monthly management fees is lower than RM250. But this rumawip only have 359 units but there are 4 lifts and swimming pools facilities, anyhow also feel the management fees unable cover the expenses.... |

issues: 1. Developer 1st project. What if they zaolou? 2. 1 house 1 car park, no extra carpark to sell, imagine 359 car park roudside. 3. 359 units to share 4 lifts, swimming pools facilities Good: 1. location, but price per sq ft no big different with condominium nearby. Still wondering is this is a good option... Walaohahaha liked this post
