Just checking with those who signed SNP for this rumahwip. Regarding the RM30k kitchen reno package, as it is provided by a third party contractor, not the developer themselves, is there any clause to protect buyer in case they fail to deliver/late delivery/contractor run away/etc.
My worry is that when this really happen (touch wood), the developer is not responsible for the RM30k lost. |
