Or if you want something even more barebones Aveta Ranger 110, interchange units easily go for just over 2k, new you're looking at just slightly over 3k. Plenty of interchangeable parts with Honda 110 cubs.

Or if you want you can spend about 1.2-1.8k on any second hand 110cc and do a full rebuild for a total of just over 2k spent on the bike
