Thanks all for the suggestions. I finally settled on a used Honda Adv 150. Sellers house is like 6 km from my house. 1 year old 3.6k km mileage, Rm 10.6k. All accessories included. My rm100 deposit for new adv burned.

I really like buying used. No need to babysit engine and get discount and free accessories.

I don't mind to pay for price hike if they can proof me distributor increased the price.Motorcycle market like a hooligan market place. Motorcycle suka suka mark up the selling price themselves. Ee Tiong even offered me RM16k for Adv150. That's the highest ever quote I received.
