lol. imho Apple Music offers the best quality of songs.
I listened to some mandarin songs too, all can be found in Apple Music, also it has high res lossless/lossless, all the other stations cannot compete. Even Tidal quality also cannot really match.

Can tell the differences when you are listening to good headphones.

I have both and Spotify has a larger library base vs Apple Music (slowly catching up). But if sound quality, ecosystem and beautiful UI is your thing, Apple Music is the way to go.

I always get that when I use Joox. they remove all those outdated songs, and I get greyed out song in my playlist.

not really, they will be there unless the distributor / artiste request for them to be removed from the platform. but also, some songs are licensed to selected countries /regions only, its just a distribution thing so that particular song will be greyed out. this doesn't happen often but there are a few cases here and there.
