I have use this TF brand ,rotor with holes. Been using for 2-3 years d. But somehow feels like the rotor cepat nipis. Pad change only 1 time .
I realized the rotor itself is much thinner than Ori myvi rotor.
Now thinking to change new rotor,what brand is recommended? I saw alot online but still not sure which brand is more lasting.
And 1 more thing happen, after change to TF rotor. I never had abs effect. Ever I emergency brake also no abs function. Weird

Abs got. Myvi lagi best bro. Ori rotor use about 8-9 years d.
Reason change Ori rotor is the rotor makan d,. Can skim but I decided change. Every time brake sure got sharp sound tats y I change to rotor with holes.
New rotor seem to be lot thinner compare to Ori. Then since tat I never experienced my abs bro .

Go for TRW rotors.

They are quite good and reasonable price.
It is a sub company under ZF, the famous gb manufacturer.

Default would be brembo, not sure if got discs for your model.

I saw some ppl do use trw rotor. And I been asking their feedback. Brembo can't afford la bro. The price anytime might be more expensive than my car.i mean for Ori brembo .

Actually no, brembo is also oem for small/economy cars.

Yes. I also got search at shopee.. mostly trw, questa ,borch , Daihatsu. And yah brembo rotor is below rm100. Btw how many years ur trw last?

Installed 3 years ago, disc still looks good, but this past years did not drive much.

Trw rotor, middlepart got rust after sometime?
Mine changed to brembo RM150 per pair, VERY easy get rust

Not really, got some surface rust, by can wipe off.

I also park my car indoors.

Last time even my original discs had rusted when park outside 2or 3 days.

But i do thnk the brembo sold is not the same highend discs used in expensive cars. This maybe a more budget option.

Bendix metal king good or not? Heard that it produce lots of brake dust. Is RM120 fair price for this brake pad?

Just use back the original Perodua rotor and brake pads. The price for original parts for perodua cars are quite reasonable and not much difference compared to OEM. But be careful of workshops selling 'fake' original.

surface rust on brake disk is normal. wow. you go and wipe it off? means you have to remove the rim to do so???

surface rust if you drive and step on the brakes, it will be cleared in seconds.

I been using rotor with holes. Honestly the braking is more effective compare to original rotor. But not tahan, after few years I can see the rotor become more nipis, the hole and there's some line can see the difference. Since I'm 70percent drive highway .just looking for more lasting rotor.

Suspect pad issue bro. Cheap pad makan rotor . Sound very sharp like metal to metal friction.
