I was looking for the affordable landed house.
In my view this is the cheapest house and nearby To PJ.
Scientex Kundang 18x65 double storey freehold individual title very near to Gamuda Gardens.
This whole project is hill slope development.
I went to their sales gallery one of the sales agent told me this orchid 3 new phase will be very different from phase 1.
Old phase houses are on flat land and then the new phase development will be on downhill land .
So the houses will be built like stair case 4 to 5 unit 1/2 feet drop and area wise 15ft lower than the phase 1.
Their price for the nonbumi unit now 440k.
House design is okay for me just concern for the downhill part.
I afraid what if they built the road so narrow or it will cause some defect on the house units and carparks looks cacat.
Is that will looks so bad or not an issue.
Anyone got face this kind of areas or issues.
Will this unit will be a good buy for own stay ?
