iphone 11 unable to transfer file on Windows 10

I would like to transfer my photos/videos from my iphone 11 to windows 10.
As usual, when I plugged in my iphone to my laptop, I clicked "Allow" for the device to access to photos and videos. Then I go to my windows, and click on the iphone storage logo. However, nothing appear..just empty. Once a while, I may get to see my file, but when trasnfer, it may lost or suddenly unable to detect. Kindly advise what should I do.. |

Delete all ur iphone drivers in Win10.
Restart ur ip11 also. Let both of them shake hand from fresh. Also, use another lightning cable. |

cable loose
unplug and replug the cable again and try different usb port |

ya, reset/delete the driver and reinstall. should be working.
last time i use that technique. later i sub to google photo. plus, some good photo i sent to myself thru telegram. |
