Thalapathy Vijay's latest film 'Beast' was released in theatres on April 13 clashing with 'KGF Chapter 2' at the box office. The film managed to perform well at the box office despite the negative reviews. 'Beast' was released on Netflix last week and now it is facing criticism again from the other language audience.



Vijay has played an Indian RAW agent in 'Beast' and the star turns into a fighter jet pilot towards the climax of the movie. Now, a retired IAF pilot has posted the full scene and expressed that he has so many questions about the particular fight sequence. Many people started to criticise and troll the video following his tweet.



Foreign channels and audiences are also commenting their dismay about the scene. Meanwhile, some netizens are commenting that it is a usual thing in regional mainstream films to have some logical flaws. Indian potboiler movies always showcase their lead actors as larger than life and 'Beast' is not the first film to do it.

My only gripe with the jet is how the hell did the first jet get into the taliban base? Siap with runway some more.

The director maybe shot the scene how Veera goes to Taliban base but got chopped off because too long.

I don't think he arrive via jet because the Taliban guy who recognized his face say he has been training with him for a few days.

Watched it with my wife last Saturday.
Was quite dissapointed. It felt like a massive blockbuster propoganda movie. Plot was boring and very straight-forward. Usually tamil movies got plot twist 10x Syamalan level but this one just a straight line show. Just plenty of slow-mo scenes showing off Vijay's mojo.

Only character I liked was the security company boss.

Movie was ok.

Vijay’s calm acting. No overacting like older movies.
Anirudh’s BGM and songs.
Comedy worked very well as usual.It makes me laugh badly especially the old lady rant before she being killed.
Pooja Hegde. Her presence are not so bad the critics says. Her dubbing artist also good.
Anbariv (Anbu-Arivu) stunts are good. Looks professionally directed.
Manoj’s camerawork.
Selva Ragavan.
Con:

Vijayendra Varmaa Telugu movie inspired climax.
Dumb and not strongly written villains.
Overacting Minister. Seriously I got irritated.
Too long.
