I experienced a snail pace DHL delivery from KL to Sarawak some 3 weeks ago. Took 14 days to reach me!

Now going through another long wait, worse than watching grass grows! Wish I have asked the seller to use another courier.

Think 99 times before using this courier. You will be much better served by other couriers like Pos Laju, J&T, etc. DHL is not cheaper either.

Airing my anger here ....

At least the ayam bicycle is moving. They're just sitting in the hubs, waiting for the magic rocket to arrive.

Seriously lewat, not only Dua Hari Lambat.

Office had package from California supplier. After 2+ weeks, office manager aunty blur blur realized not arrived yet. Only then go online to track. Arrived in KLIA but pending. Called DHL & they said cleared KLIA but pending due to shortage of deliveryman. Promise delivery within 2 days.

1 week later, blur office aunty only realized package still not delivered. Swear bad words at DHL & DHL admit delivered already. Turned out it was delivered to wrong address (building behind). Promise will pick ups & redeliver.

Meanwhile, sales & customer service kena swear kau kau from customer but blur aunty buat dunno despite its her job to track delivery from supplier. Package arrived on the Friday afternoon before Raya & we were unable to ship it out before Raya to our customers.

Wont say its 100% DHL fault but we requested our supplier to ship using (their regular) FedEx for all upcoming shipments.

It happens.
I had a KL to KL delivery that took 2 weeks. Stuck at the hubs.

every courier also got problem one.
kena ghosted by fedex 2 and half month.
but ok la they refunded 900usd to me and then few days later another call saying they found the parcel in some hidden corner.

j&t mark my parcel delivered and send placeholder image as proof of delivery. no one want to entertain anymore, because system marked as delivered, with proof of image thats just a j&t logo. keek. luckily rm50 only.

skynet 404 some items in my package. but i still suspect impulse didnt pack my items correctly but no proof. dropped enquiring also.

fk online shopping lah.

DHL dont handle kampung in WM let alone Sarawak?

They sublet to 3rd party courier and thess couriers kumpul parcels go together go save cost.

And dont forget got to go thru kastam clearance too

3 weeks ago already close to raya period. You might have missed the cutoff for "delivery before raya" to sabah/sarawak from peninsular..

All things considering 14 days with the raya week break is still ok..

real DHL is fast, item from japan also only 1 day to arrive at my door.

my dhl experience is same day pickup and 2 days international delivery. not sure can be any faster than that.

dhl and dhl ecommerce different... dhl usually very fast but expensive
dhl e commerce is shit

the problem with DHL is that they dont have much hub in town...so they try to consolidate as much to reduce their fuel cost

there's times they outsource to pos laju to help with the delivery
