nusentral tng ada stock today

Today tried entering a mall by using tng nfc.. The parking machine decline my card saying low credit balance

However, my card still has a balance of rm14.80.

Anyone have any idea why i can't go through.

Like old time you go to pump station, when pay with CC it will first hold your RM 200, unless you key in your amount to pump first.
So this mall hold(or just confirm) your tng balance much higher than RM 14.80, in case you don't have balance left to pay for the hourly fees.

Unless it is only one time payment like RM 10 per entry, not hourly, then it is different case la.

There is another similar case that only happen with NFC, which they support NFC for cc payment(PayWave with phone NFC) + RFID for TnG/CC, it messed up both charge method(it try with PayWave NFC first, not RFID), so it will report the default error info, which is low credit balance la.

same exp as you last time at aeon, i think need to have rm15 as min balance on the card to enter

Some parking operators will display the minimum amount required when use tough n go.

But they stick it at the entry. If you are lucky and reload fast then ok, else ... kena horn until pengsan.

Maybe they impose a min RM15 balance. Some do need RM20 as minimum balance

Most mall need at least rm15. Some cheebye need rm20

First everyone forced to use tng card --ok
Then implement tng e- wallet which is diff thing --ok people go download

Then implement tng NFC which required ewallet, another diff thing --ok

Just check the parking minimum balance requirement… not all of them same.

My old TNG card was faulty with RM40 balance. Requested for refund but have yet to receive , already 4 months. Not sure they are going to refund or not even though they said yes

Yes, i checked back the minimum balance and the parking operator website says minimum RM15.

eventually people are going to go into the NFC world
if u notice, TnG is making it harder and harder for people to reload
they don't even bother fixing those reload machine at LRT/MRT machine anymore

i guess it's not worth for them to even fix it despite charging customer RM0.50/reload anymore

u go to places like watsons...yes, it's free but more often than not, you'll be told the machine is broken/down

It is the stupid Watson problem, try goto Guardian. 100% can get the reload.
