Majority of the job hoppers in Malaysia get a few percent. - On this statement, maybe its true. But it is not OCCASSIONAL but very probable. This is from my experience in O&G and others in MNC environment. Unless you are living in some small town with limited opportunities, then it is a different story. Agree with you on 2 things: 1.
