Percentage of salary increment for job hopping, increment standard in 2022?

8k for 12 years working is kinda low for Klang Valley. 20% is not a lot and software developer doesn't see this anyway. If you have the skill/stack, they will pay you.
I m <=8k as well. Worked for 5 years and is my 4th job. IT consultant
