Hi guys, I bought an aircond with a electrical appliance shop in March 2022. They told me that they have to submit the application first then only able to give me rebate.

Upon checking on the website, the application has been submitted on 28th of March 2022 and there is voucher code number but they said the payment is still pending so not able to refund me the RM200.

May I know usually how would would the process of payment takes? The shop said not sure how long would it takes and most probably a month time from now again.

Hmmm. I have received mine already. But the shop i bought, they applied the voucher and only once after the voucher is received, I paid the balance and brought back my stuff

Thanks for your info. Seemed like mine is the gone case where the shop owner decides to scam the subsidiary away 😅 I bought in March and they keep tell me that they didnt receive money from government only hmmm…

I had checked through the site given before and it was successful since last month. But shop owner said it doesn’t mean the money already release to their account, so continue ask me to wait 😅

I bought a Panasonic Aircon via online January. Applied online for SEDA rebate via merchant. Once approved, merchant gives rebate of RM200 on checkout of item. No such thing of pay full amount and wait till money paid from Seda to merchant before getting the rebate.

Do you get the rm200 after this?

Yes, the shop eventually pay me back after I told them I made complains to the relevant department.
