I have been using the 132 prefix to ring a UK landline, getting about RM0.60 per 240 seconds
Last month this jumped to RM1.88 for 30 seconds, about the same as a normal call.
The result was my bill jumped from RM200 to RM700
There was no notice about this hike, you have to dig into the depths of the website
The rest of Europe is still a cheap VOIP rate.
No result after a case raised after 1 week so I am porting out

I reported to MCMC... Maxis first don't want accept their fault... Keep close my case. So I stubborn keep reopen the case... Then suddenly gave me some free credit 👍
