What about LG? Few months ago i tried to buy TV and thought to choose between Phillips and TCL due to its specs and price. However, when I came to local shop and watched the same film with Bruce Willis on both TVs, I canceld my order.
I can tell you 2 things:
Do not buy TV online just after watching several reviews on YT.
Better picture will cost you 100-150 $ more in comparison with Phillips.

I choosed LG and still happy.
One problem - no Android support. You can use MediaStation app instead, but it will be better to use Android box with all your favorite apps. However, inner LG shop contains all popular app, such as Netflix, Amazon and more.
However, I use Android box because sometimes I use light-weighted or optimized apps.

Im planning to get Sony but no idea why most of the SA recommend Samsung, higher profit? more commision? Is Android TV better than Smart TV btw?

I also thinking of Xiaomi due to the pricing, hahaha!!
