People actually believing this is a walking distance mrt/lrt station type of property and that developers build projects to make sure buyers can definitely profit from buying from them like developers don't max out the selling price with the appreciation of the next 10 years after VP. Booming business/commercial in the future? Should we have a look at metro mall? The mall that is directly linked to chan sow lin station, closer than trion 1 & 2, one residence and KL48?
