Pricing is definitely not cheap but developer offers fully furnished package. The major downside is there are not many white collar jobs available in this area.

With so many factories and dilapidated shops nearby, there are mainly foreign workers... Coupled with the recent mushrooming apartments under construction nearby, the rent should not be very high.

600-700k at eg velocity 2
