So, the yellow daruma doll is Shino's baby? Or did it replace Shino's baby as she enters the inn?

If the doll did replace Shino's baby, then why was it present in Shino's flashback? And why did it mention that Shino always talked to it and stroked it? Surely Shino couldn't have done so much in such a short time there (we also see Shino by a bridge).

If the yellow daruma doll is Shino's baby, then what is the significance of the doll with the yinyang sign on it? In the beginning of ep1 we see it replace the daruma doll at the foot of the entrance, and then back on Shino's womb at the end of ep2. We also see the yellow daruma doll connected to Shino with the red tape right to the end.
