i have a external HDD that i used with my laptop , it work fine with my laptop but when i connected to the desktop in my home , it is not showing up in my computer , when i open the disk management , it show as 100% Free and i right click the drive , none option can be use , but when i connect back to my laptop , it working fine ..

usb working fine , it's 3.5" , so no problem with the power ..

izzit because your laptop is using 64 bit windows and your desktop is using 32 bit windows.
