Dear All experienced sifus and helpers

I am disabled with my left eye rendered blind due to a Hit-and-Run accident many years ago bud ever since the left eye is not functioning. I wish to apply for OKU status. Can someone, or volunatary organisations, please guide / advise me on how to go about and the time frame of getting the OKU status. I'm staying in Subang Jaya. Thanks, God bless and take care.
