The front page is slightly slow due to the external ads from our advertising partnet. We have notified them a few times already about the slow response time from their servers - but to date, they have not been able to rectify the problem. The current ad will expire at the end of the week and things should be back to normal.

As for the forum, we believe there is no delay in loading times. We constantly monitor the servers and there have been no spikes in loads, or delays displaying the pages on the server end. You can check the time it takes to compose, send and display your page on the server end at the bottom of the page. (first value is time taken, second value is http server load).

If there are no problems with the loading times, your scroll problem should be related to something on your end. There might be some lag on the main page scroll due to the rich media ads, but it should not happen on the forums.

Could you share with us what browser/OS you are using, and also did you recently upgrade your graphics card driver?
