reboot always does the trick for both tv box & the modem.
or sometimes i disconnect & reconnect the wifi or force close the app and relaunch.
usually these does the trick.
Buffering when watching movies on tvbox, Very frusfrating..😢😢

i use the normal Realme Google TV stick... so far only netflix, hbo go, some iqiyi, wetv... recently install TubiTV with vpn... not bad, quite a lot of shows.
