The house looks spacious reasonable price and the environment is good but the area still under development.

Errr maybe you ask those who bought at Bkt Beruntung and then moved out. Haven't been there in more than a decade but from what i hear, you will be making a mistake. If really must buy BB, check out the sub-sale house prices.... jualan murah

people buying there mostly for own stay..i have few friends bought house there.they work nearby (perodua) and for settle down house..

Im asking for ownstay not for investment not everyone of us is businessman who wants to buy 5 houses row and wait for the next 2 years sell it back for profit lol.

Is this a good area for ownstay?
Because the price is affordable and not too far.
