From my view this project is developing and they selling property price lower than the actual market price.
Size of house 22x75 price is 474k 24x65 =510k i wonder why it is so cheaper at this area.
Anyone know about this township planning ?

their project is nearby klk caledonia project..i have been there 2years before and recently..the road towards the housing never change..so terrible..like pkns didn't care to fix it..i wonder why still people buy the house..

Because that is the market price around that area. Roads there are single lanes resulting in congestion. Some flooding happened in some areas like outside Bandar Seri Coalfields. There are a lot of new houses coming up in puncak alam area so do your survey and get the best fit for you at the right price. Most are leasehold except for BSC and Elmina.

Only 2 problems less shoplot and populations
The house design landscape all really good but no guardhouse.
Maybe in 5 or 6 years it can be develop more.
This is for only ownstay not for investment.
