I'm planning to rent whole Apartment soon (around June/July 22), and going to get married on the end of August. Currently I'm looking for a place to rent for myself and my future wife.

I am new to the property market and have little experience of the Klang Valley area. I'm looking for some advice on where the ideal apartment to rent is based on the following situations/requirements:

1. Around PJ/Bandar Sunway/ any area as my future wife is working near Amcorp Mall and I working at TPM, Bukit Jalil area.
2. Partly furnished
3. No walk-up apartment (Sorry )
4. Apartment with 2 or 3 rooms
5. Good security
6. Budget around RM 1000 ->RM 1100 per month (including maintenance)

I'm hoping for some useful feedback.
