My wife account which was inactive for 2 years couldn't recover the password as no instructions was received in email

I created a burner account and did the same and also experienced the same issue. All spam box checked

Once I was forced to reset my password and have difficulty to remember which email address I used.

Please request for your password reset email again. We have now included a masked hint of your email address together with the password reset form.
