Hi guys,

Not sure if indeed GRR, was position as rental guaranteed SH will be the tenant and in turn they SubLet the unit out for income revenue

anybody manage to get what is their rental rate for the offered so called 300+ props?
any rates will do to benchmark against asking rental rates vs i props perhaps |
