Hey guys!
I have a corner house with some land, I'm planning to reno it to an outdoor dining area so want to know more about pricing especially in light with recent inflation and rising cost
Currently the land area is grass
1) Wood decking or tiles which is more expensive?
2) Do awning polycarbonate or roof tiles gazebo which is more expensive?
Location JB
Many gazebos are left as 'showcase' after the original idea faded. I have a corner house with some land, I'm planning to reno it to an outdoor dining area so want to know more about pricing especially in light with recent inflation and rising cost

Msia environment are not suited for outdoor dining on regular basis. If one wants to enjoy outdoor dining occasionally, it better and cheaper to pay.
My current place has a patio which came with the house design and can accomodate 10 to 15 people. It was nice initially but as time passes by, we realised is better to dine indoor.
Initially we also wanted to have a gazebo next to the patio and after asking around friends, we decided to drop the idea.
Not trying to derail your idea but sharing what I have gone through since there is no cost to construct the patio. Maybe will box it up one day but on second thought we dont need a big indoor area.
