I have a corner house with some land, I'm planning to reno it to an outdoor dining area so want to know more about pricing especially in light with recent inflation and rising cost

Currently the land area is grass

1) Wood decking or tiles which is more expensive?

2) Do awning polycarbonate or roof tiles gazebo which is more expensive?
