> What do you do when your body stop soring?

After doing the same exercise for 2 weeks my body stop soring the next day, does that mean doing the same exercise for the same reps is now diminishing return? and i should either increase intensity, do more reps/sets or just change different exercise altogether?

I dono wtf u type deminish return all that. Simple fundemental you strain muscle it will tear and rebuild. The pain is call doms

So after sore stop, u go hentam again until sore and repeat until it grows. Thats how muscle get stronger

Either you're not continuing to progressive overload I.e. Increase reps x weights or the muscles got used to it.

If you're continuing to progress, youre good despite the lack of soreness

Ignore soreness, soreness is annoying, I'd rather have no DOMS at all

The only thing that matters is recoverable progressive overload not including trash reps, abit by abit until you reach your genetic limit

Add reps > add weight > reset and add another set
rinse ad repeat

play around with tempo
play around with explosiveness
play around with eccentric
play around with rest time
play around with angle

after you have played around with all the variables then only think about changing exercise
