All this work great on but if the real burglar come with right tools no matter how expensive the lock can be pick less than 30 second if you do watch lock picking lawyer

My point actually if the burglar damage the door and you still need to spend for repair , if the gate installer told you cannot be repaired have to replace whole

Might be better just buy theft insurance much more easy than every time go out have to lock here and there

My house just a simple door inside thick wood door and outside old school steel door + 1 yale RM 150 lock that all back door also same setup

Outside gate stainless steel auto gate nothing fancy+1 yale RM 150 lock

The rest annual fees for fire, bulgary and theft insurance

Since i don't keep any jewelry or gold or too much cash inside the house

20 year Kena masuk few times just call insurance and make Police report

The insurance ain't that expensive lah since vehicle insurance yearly already RM 3k just pay make it to 4k lumsum loh 😆

I used to stay in JB years ago. Two break-ins. One of them entered by cutting off the "ear" of the gate, rendering any good padlock useless.

I put wood stick at the bottom of the sliding door track to prevent the sliding door being opened. Even if the burglar can pry open the grill they have to break the sliding door glass to enter the house or climb the roof

Isn't the joint easily knocked off or cut from outside assuming that you lock with padlock from inside?
