I used to stay in JB years ago. Two break-ins. One of them entered by cutting off the "ear" of the gate, rendering any good padlock useless.

Inkambing high-rise pun not free from burglary.

Seriously, staying in high-rise unit sucks compared to landed. But at night, the feeling of being safe from robbery is unbeatable. Even g&g landed doesn't feel as safe as high rise.
