Not sure what you mean by that or is it even legal
But to start things off, you could try looking up the website in whois to possibly get their contact info, but usually most will use privacy services that hide their details. |

Two action to take...report MCMC and Police.
If you have enough budget, seek for IS/IT security industry...they will give advice as well. |
