something that can handle COD
not too big
can make calls/wifi
was thinking of apple but too expensive so i guess have to be on android.

If native call, only android, ipad cannot make call

Ipad cellular only for internet, cannot make native call and SMS services, that why not support whatsapp
Currently using samsung tab a7 lite, as i know only the tab can make call, put sim car, other samsung tab model malaysia only sell wifi only

Some large size on lenovo tab also cannot make call even can put sim card
