Hope so.
I also bought RAM, SSD etc from Amazon as well, and yes the import tax deposit collected by Amazon will be paid to our customs. Sometimes Amazon will refund the different if the tax amount imposed eventually lower than collected amount (i have experienced before).Hope so.
