Used them to report Celcunt stealing my credit by signing me up for services that I didn't apply for. Only got refunded a month and Celcunt pretended they didn't charge me previously. Pretty useless.

I opened complaints on both sides at roughly the same time. They did nothing pretty much to pressure Celcunt to refund me. I might as well have not contacted them in the first place for all the good it did me. I told them that Celcunt only refunded a month and not the full period that I was charged for their hidden services and they still did nothing.
