We need to data to move on. If Gov no action escalate to opposite as bullet so they can do things for u free.

If u got money and causes severe damages, then get a lawyer to help out.

Maybank big org should able to handle this issue, no need go to MCMC. u can call them can get a tracking ID?

2. Escalate to opposition if gov unable to do anything. They will do thing if your complaint useful to them.

I see. Normally if their system found confirm curi duit normally i got some form waiver or gift when I ask them for compensation .. this is for telco or mnc la
