Dear all,

I have just been disgnostic with Prostate Cancer, male 64 years old. Went to PPUM and doctor confirmed it is Prostate cancer and will go for CT scan, full blood test and bone density scan. in a few days time.

Meanwhile I want to ask readers and those who have surviced Prostate cancer on:-

1. What foods, fruits and veges are good for controlling the spread of the cancer ?

2. Have difficult in getting sleep due to pain.. What can I make myself to get sleep as sleep is important to increase immunity

3. What choices are open to me at this stage ?
