Should i remain run-flat? Or move to normal

I am about to change my tyre but undecided whether i should continue with run flat
Reason being i like the smoother(softer) and quiet ride which fun flat couldn't provide me But my car dont have spare tyre Anyone who have been using run-flat and has changed to normal tyres can share their experiences? |
