I have a lease hold landed property in KL with remaining 50yrs+. Planning to apply for another 30yrs or so but I am not sure how go about with it.

Any sifu sifu can shed some lights or guidance on this?

Yeah, thanks bro. I am kinda in the dilemma actually, should be abit specific on my ask.

a. Is it wise to renew now cuz I dont plan to sell it off anytime soon. General rule of thumb ppl ckp shud wait till like 30yrs left baru think of renewal which is 20yrs++ from now.

b. Is the process simple enough for DIY or should engage a lawyer to do all the work?

c. What is the normal charges for the lawyer fee.
