1) Embayu @ Damansara west
2) Tulip
3) Habitus
4) Nadayu
5) DK impian

The help university will expand their campus there ?

Help University campus already at Subang 2 for some time. The locations stated is not within the walking distance. You need the vehicles to reach the campus.

Subang 2 has been there for ages... but exactly from where to where....
there is Subang Permai, Bandar pinggiran subang etc. It borders with KwasaLand on the east and Elmina on the north?

Basically if you use the Subang airport road, go towards the end and you see the Star Avenue.

In short- i don't like this area.... it is half mix with industrial, and malay reserve land/houses. Poor planning and town council don't take care the area well.... dirty drain, over-grouwth bushs and tree. and there are quite a lot of "expats" around here as well.

+ point is near to DASH. next to Kwasa land ( which take forever to start), nearer to PJ Subang

High rise... why wanna buy here? i would spend my bucks to somewhere more central. Yes, PSF will be lower- but it also attract community of similar standard. So, might as well buy those cheaper condo near town- to save travelling time.

i see 2 large parcel being build (Embayu and Nadayu)- over 2000 units
this will put high load to the traffic around here. Pesiaran Cakerawala it is already fully loaded.

such high density at Bukit Jalil or at Damansara city- i can understand. but here..... just cannot brain.
