KLK land just announced it on their fb page recently
"Ayana@Caledonia"
"This development is sited on a 202 acres freehold land at Ijok , size from 20x65 to 22x70."
The show unit and park are under construction.




What do you guys think about this project ?
Is this has the same potential to grow as like next Bandar Seri Coalfield ? rclxms.gif
Any info ?

Still people looking at this kind things ? Got . Try go read what the community of Setia Alam are talking about the big Chinese cemetery at the back of the Setia City Mall.

If Kuala Selangor land is prime land, then the piece of land by Kwasaland , surrounded by hospitals, universities, MRT stations , airport, malls, linked by completing DASH, adjacent to PJ / KD is considered what ?

there are so many areas are developing in between the 4 highways..guthrie, wce, latar and nkve..plus you will have dash to connect the area through the middle part..

so many other options..

Yes agreed but still setia city mall area is more develop than other areas.
Kwasaland ofcourse it is prime land but the price will be more x2 expensive than caledonia with alot of facilities surrounded.
People with low budget i can see caledonia is better option but in other hand the issues is cemetery maybe if they can clear that will that area will be a good option or still not ??

for me unless they sell really cheap, like 300k or 400k for standard terrace house..that area wont pick up anytime soon.

above 400k you can get decent terrace house much closer to puncak alam.

Had lunch in Ijok yesterday and pass by the project

Show units and sales office not ready yet. Went to BSC and SA said launching in end May.
I managed to take some photos while the show units were in progress.

Caledonia ok la, since the Ijok road had been fully upgraded and widened.. just that need to travel to Pekan Ijok for the nearest eateries and need to be accustomed to the cemetery nearby

why not just buy back BSC/Alam Perdana/MKH projects nearby the Ecoworld project? The projects you considering are all newer and less matured than the rest and the rest are also just on their way to maturity.... lol... at least ecoworld already vibrant up that part of PA for you to enjoy... those further inside are not really tat attractive and the commercial developments are slower... Your budget how much for how big expectation of landed?

oh true, but his options in other threads are not all freehold also... lol... plus for me... amenities more important than freehold, if within 5km radius have nothing, u stay in a freehold house also no use... when buy a bawang also need to drive more than 5km away
