I agree racism is very wrong. On the other hand, assessment is never wrong vide experiences, re-re-re occurancesss (as the topic, landlord/rentee here)

Every FOOTPRINT is there for a reason.

Put aside race, many landlords know very well which expat, int students nationality group to avoid as well.

Instead why not break the bad believes, break the bad footprint left by your (you know better). Face it, what is the underlying cause. Who, why, how this stereotype is brought upon (landlord/rentee as per topic) ?

I got nothing against indian. Rent to indian is a no no. I run drug stores, and employ 4 indian girls tending the counter, simply because indian can better pronounce paracetamol than ahlian. I prefer indian store assistant because I sell much more other drugs than paracetamol. They have better english/ BM command. That is my preference after lesson learnt, past assessment. See the point?

Exactly, ie for a terrace house, chinese tenant, i avoid renting to food peddles, specially prawn mee sellers because i know what comes along. I too avoid rent my shoplot to chinese vehicle workshops.

Employers requesting you to fill up the same data before interview is wrong, racist? Gov matters application, ie your passport application is racist?

Don't give such data in your job, pr, visa, loan etc etc application forms then. Just check the box, <you are racist to ask me that> in your application forms

The manner you specifically single out chinese landlord in your statement tells you are a racist to begin with.
