Hi Garmin users!

Has anyone manage to get a replacement for a Garmin watch just after the warranty expired because their battery is notoriously defective?

Asia is not having a good customer support asking me to pay a lot for a replacement while I saw a link (for the US and other countries mostly in Europe) that offers free replacement (with refurbished one).

How to handle?
