What is your biggest investment in a single stock in your portfolio in terms of present value?

What are the reasons for it to be your biggest single stock?

Mine is Elite Commercial Trust (SGX). Have been buying since 2020 and build up quite a holding.
Stock price is 65p as it is a Reit holding properties in UK. Presently the holding of 95,211 shares is worth around RM340k

My reason is for holding this that Elite is renting to the government of UK with a tenancy period of around 7 years.
It yields around 8%. So i am receiving around Rm27k per year from this Reit.

for me its BAT, I have 30K unit which is worth around 385K. On average I get back around RM30K a year in dividend and consistent every year

just tolak from the current price you will know how much has popit.

You need to go back to school

UST (Stable coin) - RM 100k gives me around 20k per annum if it doesn't go bust.

Thanks for sharing. But just need to be careful of REIT,trust (SGX) that are mandated to pay dividends. Anything that is listed in exchange can be delisted anytime. For me I like to diversify so if just SGX stocks, mine would be Keppel Infrastructure Trust (SGX) used to be called Cityspring Infrastructure Trust since IPO days in 2007. A few rights exercise along the years and now I am at 21K+ shares. Never really go count the dividends or take shares received so far though.

For biggest capital gain would be one of my penny stock Frencken (SGX) bought forget which year already at 28cents now is $1.40+ But just to share among this winner and others I lose more in other penny stocks so my overall penny stock portfolio is still a loss on paper after so many years. I now no longer dabble in penny stock (SGX) anymore. It is a good learning experience though.

aiya, I better not say as my amount compared to yours is like ikan bilis only. My largest investment is PBBANK. I chose this perceived "safe" stock coz I wanna sleep soundly at night. With its history of consistent earnings & dividends, & interest rates' impending hike & economy gaining traction in recovery, earnings growth should be sustainable & share price should crawl upwards over time. It is a stock which I can hold for a long, long time without thinking, probably forever.
