Just did the TNB Change of Tenant on myTNB web 2 days ago for my relative. Will update when it's completed. Account has been in previous houseowner's name for at least 30 years.  sweat.gif

Now ToU change application very very fast. I did before tidur.

1:24am: Submitted application. Made sure I crossed the IC with "For TNB purposes only" bcos my cousin's application got rejected for that.
1:25am: Immediately received notice for stamp duty payment. No need to pay immediately.
4:15am: Completed.
9:25am: Received non-ToU bill (5 days) already.

Must be ChatGPT handling the applications now.  sweat.gif

eh thought you changed to ToU long ago but anyway wow all within 8 hours timeframe, guess can try apply mine on the bill date itself

You mean your cousin's application got rejected because he submitted IC without any crossing?
