No open burning

No loud noises early morning or evening time. Includes knocking, talking loudly etc

Avoid hanging cloths, shoes, etc on shared walls

If you like gardening, avoid using "nature's fertilizers"

Avoid planting trees that may have branches overgrown to the other side

Avoid water retention, so that it doesn't become mosquito breeding ground

Always have good rapport with your neighbor as in the future you might share cost to build/repair shared walls, roofing etc.
