To be fair, will there be any parents dare to say their children is evil and deserving it?

"Saya pasrah anak saya temui ajalnya dalam bulan yang mulia ini. Allah lebih menyayanginya dari kami.
Sebagai seorang ayah, salah saya kurang memberi didikan dan perhatian dalam memastikan keselamatannya di jalanraya.
Saya berjanji akan menjaga 9 orang anak saya yang lain supaya lebih berhati-hati, malah mereka cuma boleh mula naiki motor apabila mencecah usia 24 tahun.
Dan sebagai hukuman, saya sedia membersihkan jalan raya secara sukarela selama seminggu sehingga raya.
Maafkanlah keluarga kami dan arwah. Cukuplah dia dikecam dan dipersalahkan. Biarlah kecam saya sahaja."

I actually did manage to meet some of these kinds of parents.
B40 category, has lots of small kids.
Full time working with little to no time to spend at home with family.
Wife also possibly working with husband or other places.
Kids left with their eldest or with relatives.

They tend to play the victim mentality, putting the blame on everyone else but themselves because they see their situation as already bad. So they don't need any more pressure from society to be better. I feel bad, but I know I can't do anything to help them because they don't think its their fault at all. So why bother.
